Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect address details, peak periods, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and ATHINNITY, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products purchased through the store. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and transactions with ATHINNITY.
