RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident buying ATHINNITY. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

30 DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days from the recorded delivery date to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unaltered

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Returned with all included components and accessories (including the case, pouch, and microfiber cloth)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@athinnity.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package, and a return label if applicable. Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.

RETURN ADDRESS
Returns must be sent to: address given to customer via email

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, OR WRONG ITEM
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@athinnity.com so we can make it right.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (where clearly marked as final sale)

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse

  • Returns missing original packaging or included accessories

EXCHANGES
If you want a different item, the fastest way is to request a return for your original item. Once approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
