We keep shipping simple & transparent.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends & public holidays.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase, & a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
After dispatch, delivery within South Africa typically takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

International delivery timeframes vary by destination & courier service, but typically take 5 to 15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only & may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, peak periods, weather, or factors outside our control.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete & correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-send the package.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@athinnity.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with household members or building reception/security, then contact us at support@athinnity.com & we’ll assist.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Customs duties & import taxes may apply & are the customer’s responsibility.
